- At least three years' experience in hotel housekeeping supervisor operations in Resort/Residences
- Effective supervisory skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English communication
- Eye for detail

- At least High school diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Villa or Residences.
- Ability to communicate basic English.
- Detail-oriented and posses pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related wellness field is highly preferred by luxury resorts and international hotel chains.
- Requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in spa operations, ideally with 1 to 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Spa management or massage therapy diplomas and certifications (such as a Certified Spa Supervisor credential) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in spa booking platforms, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and scheduling software is mandatory.
- Must demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, conflict resolution, and the physical stamina required to manage bustling spa environments

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Butler/Villa Host/GSA Supervisor; preferably in a similar quality hotel
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- A friendly and outgoing behavior
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive Front Office experience within luxury hotels or resorts in Thailand, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or department head role.
- Proven experience leading Thai operational teams in a luxury resort environment, preferably within Phuket or other luxury leisure destinations.
- Strong understanding of Thai hospitality culture, guest expectations, and service excellence - standards in the luxury market.
- Strong people leadership skills with hands-on operational management capability and visible floor presence.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, guest relations, room management, and luxury service delivery.
- Experience with Forbes, LQA, GRI, or international luxury brand standards is highly preferred.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
