Night Manager – Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year of experience in a Supervisor or management-level position.
Able to work night shifts.
Demonstrates strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Comanche.
Pleasant personality with a strong service mindset and the ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
Able to coordinate effectively with all hotel departments and supervise the night shift team.
Highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and capable of responding effectively to emergency situations.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in Hotel / Resort / Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Social Security, Workmen’s Compensation Fund, and other relevant employment regulations.
Strong experience in Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration.
Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications
Possess a certification issued by the Ministry of Public Health or a valid license/registration as a Health Massage Therapist or Spa Service Provider in accordance with legal requirements.
Male or female, aged 20 years or above.
High school diploma or higher.
Certificate or training in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field will be an advantage.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist or in a related position.
Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
Pleasant personality with a strong service-minded attitude.
