- 3–5 years experience in Mixology / Beverage Management
- Creative in cocktail & signature drink development

-Good knowledge of spirits, wines & beverage trends.
-Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
-Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
-Strong customer service and communication skills.

Resort Host or Resort Host Supervisor
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in guest services, front office, or related hospitality role.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
-Good organizational and multitasking skills under pressure.
-Proficiency in PMS systems (Comanche) and MS Office applications.
-Strong command of English (both spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
Bellman & Driver
-Must possess a valid Thai Driving License Type 2 (Public/Professional Driving License).
-Previous experience as a Concierge, Driver, Guest Service Agent, or in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or resort.
-Good knowledge of Phuket’s tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation routes.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service-minded attitude.
-Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
-Professional appearance, polite manners, and a positive attitude.
-Able to provide safe, friendly, and professional transportation services to guests.
-Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Chef De Partie
-Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
-Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
-Ability to supervise and train junior staff (Commis, Demi Chef).
-Excellent understanding of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
-Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
-Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
-Culinary degree or professional certification is an advantage.
-Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
