Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages in accordance with Minor Hotels standards, ensuring quality, presentation, and professional guest service. The role maintains an organized and fully stocked bar, processes orders and billing efficiently, controls beverage inventory, and ensures cleanliness and safety within the bar area. Qualifications - Previous experience as a Bartender or in Food & Beverage service is preferred. - Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beverages, and basic bar operations. - Able to prepare beverages according to standard recipes and measurements. - Service-minded with good communication and guest interaction skills. - Good attention to detail, cleanliness, and beverage presentation. - Basic knowledge of POS, billing, stock control, and beverage handling. - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. - Flexible to work shifts Not the right fit? Head Mixologist is responsible for leading beverage operations and delivering creative, high-quality beverage experiences. The role focuses on developing innovative cocktails and beverage concepts, maintaining consistent drink quality and presentation, controlling beverage costs and inventory, and supporting revenue growth through attractive beverage promotions. The Head Mixologist also leads, trains, and develops the bar team to ensure excellent service standards, responsible alcohol service, hygiene, and efficient bar operations. Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mixology, bartending, or a supervisory bar role, preferably within a hotel, resort, beach club, or upscale restaurant. Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, beverage preparation, and mixology techniques. Creative and passionate about developing new cocktails, beverage menus, and seasonal promotions. Good understanding of beverage costing, inventory control, stock management, and bar par levels. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and develop bar team members. Good knowledge of bar hygiene, sanitation, safety standards, and responsible alcohol service. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude. As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every guest room is clean, comfortable, and prepared to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards. Replenish guest amenities, linen, towels, and room supplies.
