Job Summary
The Landscape Foreman is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and planning the daily activities of the landscaping team to ensure that gardens, lawns, trees, and all outdoor areas are maintained to the highest standards of a 5-star resort. The role also ensures the proper use of materials and equipment while complying with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Supervise and assign daily tasks to the landscaping team.
-Maintain gardens, lawns, trees, and outdoor areas to ensure they are attractive, clean, and well-presented.
-Inspect irrigation systems, tools, and equipment, and report any maintenance issues.
-Ensure the proper and safe use of landscaping materials, equipment, and chemicals.
-Support landscape improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate the daily floor operations of the restaurant
-Lead, coach, and motivate the service team during each shift
-Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and personalized experience consistent with Banyan Tree's luxury standards
-Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently
-Monitor table setups, mise en place, and restaurant cleanliness before and during service
-Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
-Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication between the front and back of house
-Assist in scheduling, briefings, and training of new team members
-Support the F&B Manager with inventory management, daily reports, and operational improvements
Qualifications & Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role in restaurant operations, preferably in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment, is required. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Villa Attendant at Banyan Tree Phuket. The Villa Attendant will be responsible for providing personalized service to guests staying in the all-pool villas. Daily tasks include cleaning and maintaining the villas, ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction, replenishing amenities, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and providing recommendations on local attractions and activities.
Qualifications
-Experience in hospitality or customer service
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work well in a team and independently
-Knowledge of Phuket's attractions and local culture
-Fluency in English, both spoken and written
-Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Key Responsibilities
-Welcome guests warmly and conduct check-in / check-out procedures
-Provide information about spa treatments, packages, and promotions
-Manage reservations via phone, email, and walk-in bookings
-Coordinate therapist schedules to optimize treatment room utilization
-Prepare daily appointment reports and cashier transactions
-Escort guests to relaxation areas and treatment rooms
Qualifications
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
-Experience in spa, wellness, front office, or guest relations preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
-Computer literacy (reservation or POS systems)
