Chef de Partie – Buffet Operations (2 Positions)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food for buffet operations according to hotel standards.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Monitor buffet stations and replenish food during service.
- Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Control food costs and minimize waste.
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff.

- Lead and supervise a multi-skilled trades team, including carpentry, furniture, roofing, masonry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, and painting
- Oversee and coordinate both projects and maintenance works, with the ability to participate in hands-on work when required.
-Have knowledge and practical experience in construction and renovation projects
- Able to read, understand, and review construction drawings
- Able to prepare or make basic modifications to drawings.
- Plan work before the start of each project and organize work sequences in a systematic and efficient manner.
- Have experience supervising and coordinating contractors and trades teams
- Able to plan, control, and follow up on work to ensure projects are completed **on schedule**.
- Able to manage and monitor **multiple sites simultaneously.
- Able to communicate in **English at a working level.
