Requirements and skills
1. Minimum education of bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 5 years in Front Office experience in a similar capacity preferably in a 4–5-star class environment
3. Knowledgeable in Front Office Operation
4. Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, Hotel and Tourism, or any related field
- Minimum 5 years up of Reservation experience in travel agency or hotel preferred
- Good English communication of both written and spoken
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office knowledge
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric with a commitment to high standards of service delivery
- High attention to detail & strong time/priority management skills.
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
- Willingness to work in shift duty on weekend or public holiday when necessary
- Experience to communicate and to work with foreign nationals

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
• ดูแลและควบคุมการทำงานของทีมแม่บ้านให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
• ตรวจสอบความสะอาดและความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ห้องพัก และพื้นที่บริการต่าง ๆ
• จัดตารางการทำงานและมอบหมายงานให้พนักงานแม่บ้านอย่างเหมาะสม
• ฝึกอบรมและให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมงานเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะและคุณภาพการบริการ
• ตรวจสอบและรายงานความเสียหายหรือสิ่งที่ต้องซ่อมบำรุงต่อฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้การบริการลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• ควบคุมการใช้และสต็อกอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาด รวมถึงการเบิกจ่ายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
• วุฒิการศึกษา อนุปริญญาขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า (สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานแม่บ้านหรือการดูแลทีมงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
• มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการทีมและการสื่อสารที่ดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงแรม รีสอร์ท หรือธุรกิจบริการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
