คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
- วุฒิปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงอาคาร โรงแรม หรือสถานประกอบการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา เครื่องปรับอากาศ (HVAC) และงานซ่อมบำรุงทั่วไป
- มีความสามารถในการวางแผน วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารและมอบหมายงานให้ทีมช่างได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีใบรับรองหรือใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานไฟฟ้าหรืองานวิศวกรรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลาตามความจำเป็นได้

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing at a Senior level or above
• Strong experience in developing sales and marketing strategies (Online & Offline)
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and work under pressure
• Creative thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with international clients and partners
• Experience in Hospitality, Hotel, or Wellness industries will be an advantage

Qualifications
- Open to all nationalities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Qualifications:
- Prior work experience is required (experience in related fields is an advantage).
- Impeccable personal grooming, excellent posture, and a calm, polite, and reassuring demeanor that reflects a luxury wellness brand.
- High level of emotional intelligence, active listening, and situational awareness to handle guest requests and manage stressful situations calmly.
- Physical stamina to remain active, walk, and stand for extended periods in a warm, humid, and tropical facility environment
