- Supervising the efficiency of all processes of front office and organization, by proactively monitoring general operations.

Executive housekeepers oversee all training for employees pertaining to the company?s policies and procedures.
They make sure that training requirements are met on a consistent basis.
The executive housekeeper makes sure that any personnel changes in the department are handled properly, in accordance with the company?s policies and procedures on the matter.
They are also responsible for maintaining confidentiality at all times where it pertains to sensitive information concerning personnel, vendors, and clients alike.

A floor supervisor, or floor manager, generally works in factories or hospitality or retail establishments. They ensure customers and guests receive high-quality service by maintaining cleanliness around the premises. They also coordinate with other managers to oversee staff, delegate tasks, and ensure accurate workflow by training staff members.

-Help to ensure the smooth-running of your section, working closely with the team to execute.
-Have a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control and minimal wastage.
-Assist senior chefs where required in recipe and dish development.
-Keep organize and maintain standards of Kitchen.
-Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards.
-Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen and in the dining room.
-Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the Management Team.
