Job Description
You are

You will
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the checking and cleanliness of rooms and common areas
- Report malfunctions to the maintenance department
- Anticipate and respond to the different requirements and needs of the resort's clientele
- Supervise the maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees)
- Monitor the condition of stocks, identify supply needs and establish orders
- Check the conformity of the work carried out according to Club Med high quality standards
- Know the resort perfectly and work in collaboration with the relevant departments (room staff, laundry, catering)
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
Organize, supervise, and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Lead, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
Conduct daily room inspections to ensure compliance with Club Med quality standards.
Monitor room status, cleaning schedules, and productivity to optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure adequate inventory of linen, guest supplies, amenities, and housekeeping equipment.
Coordinate with Engineering to report and follow up on maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.
Support departmental budgeting, stock control, and cost management.
Replace the Housekeeping Manager during their absence.
Participate in Club Med village life, entertainment, and events as a G.O.
