Food & Beverage Manager 1 position
Qualifications for FB Manager
• Age below 45 candidates.
• Professional qualification in relevant field.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive responsibility in resort
hotel experience will be a definite advantage.
• Experience of working in a position of high responsibility in
the hotel or food and beverage sectors.
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the
English Language.
• Team management, leadership & team player.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• A liking for organizational work.
• Effective management and delivering profit center
profitability.
• Sensitivity to customers with good relationship skills.

Responsibilities& Qualifications for Executive Chef :
• Professional qualification in relevant field.
• Plan and direct food preparation and daily culinary activities
• Modify and creation of menus that meet quality standards
• Calculate and control food and beverage including labor cost
• Checking and keeping up standards for food quality
• Upkeep of equipment and arranging for repairs and maintenances
• Rectifying arising problems and feedbacks by internal staff and customers
• Comply with nutrition, food hygiene and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Training of kitchen staff on personal well being and working skills
Requirements:
• Thai nationality only Age below 45 candidates.
• Proven working experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable 5-star hotel or resort A minimum of
4 years of progressive responsibility in resort hotel experience will be a definite advantage.
• Experience of working in a position of high responsibility in the hotel
• Ability to spot and resolve problems independently and efficiently
• Good communication, organizing and leadership skills
• Passion for food
• Ability to keep up with current cooking trends and best practices

Qualification for Assistant Director of Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or related major
• 5 years’ experience in sales
• Very good written & verbal English is essential.
• Good understating of Search Engine Optimization and Pay-per-click tactics.
• Well known and experience in channel manager “SiteMinder’s interface Comancher preferred.
• Proficient analytical web skills and ability to analyze website performance data (i.e., financial, statistical and /or performance).
• Strong analytical skills are a must. Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.
• Prefer Thai Nationality only.

Qualification PR Manager
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
• At least 3 years’ experience in the same or relevant field
• Strong in interpersonal, leadership skills, networking
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and computer skills is a must.
• Must be creative, outgoing and presentable.
• Possess a good marketing perspective in a 5-star hotel resort environment.
• Knowledgeable of hotel operations and able to create content for all hotel collaterals.
• Friendly, proactive and can-do attitude.
