Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good command of English.
Knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and service standards.

Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous experience in a 4–5 star hotel is an advantage.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations.
Good knowledge of front office procedures, check-in/check-out processes, room reservations, and guest relations.
Good command of spoken and written English. Additional languages are an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
Able to handle guest complaints and resolve problems professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

The Housekeeper Manager directs and controls all housekeeping operations and the staff of the housekeeping department. He/she has to coordinate between housekeeping crews in order to inspect assigned areas and to ensure standards.
Job Responsibilities
-Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
-Oversee staff on a daily basis
-Check rooms and common areas, including lounge areas, for cleanliness
-Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
-Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
-Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
-Respond to customer complaints and special requests
-Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
-Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
