1. Prompt and courteous delivery of all orders, maintain positive image through all areas of guest contact and through cleanliness of guest areas.

- To arrive at work on time the uniform provided ensuring a high degree of personal hygiene and grooming as outlined on the employee handbook.
- Collect daily worksheets, registered guest list with room assigned.
- Ensure all relative information is recognized on worksheet room status, VIP?s both registered and arrivals and attend housekeeping shift briefing/meeting.
- All keys are to be signed in and off.
- Maintain trolley and vacuum cleaners in a neat and tidy state ensuring all defects are reported to your supervisor or uniform room immediately.
- Restock, maintain, and charge minibar per hotel LSOP.
- Can do Houseman work.

1. To make regular rounds of assigned areas.
2. To observe any abnormal activities on the part of employees or guests.
3. To be alert non-guest or suspicious person wandering around hotel, report to supervisor or duty manager
4. To assist the duty manager in inspecting the rooms of doubtful clients and assisting with suspected guests who attempt to leave without paying.
5. To investigate any offense reported whilst on patrol and to ensure full details are made available to the police when necessary.
6. To look out for keys left in doors and to ensure their safekeeping.
7. To size and deal with items found on patrol.
8. To maintain a close watch for any fire or safety hazards.
9. To provide security where required.
10. To keep the security posts neat and tidy at all times.
11. Report when the loading/unloading bays and surrounding areas need to be clean or tidy to housekeeping department.
12. Performance any other duty requests by supervisor or security manager.

- To take charge of the hotel security during duty hours.
- Before taking over duty, be familiar with all activities in the hotel. Brief security officers of the past, present and near future events in the premises.
- Deploy your subordinates accordingly to the duty roster and supervise them.
- Enforce the hotel?s rules & regulations; and discipline amongst supervisor and officers.
- Ensure that the security checkpoint is clean at all times. Check all books, files, security passes, identification, equipment and etc. Check on employees, part-times, casuals, contractors, visitors and their possessions when they leave the hotel.
- Record detail during shift reports regarding incidents of theft, loss, injury, destruction of property and other matters affection the hotel in the computer.
- Take immediate action for the recovery of any item reported loss and found on hotel premises.
- Provide security coverage for VIP guests, big groups during checking in/out of the hotel.
- Ensure all lost and found items are recorded in the computer. Hand them over to the housekeeping department as soon as possible and keep the front office informed.
- Be familiar with the fire emergency plan and also a member of the fire fighting team of the hotel.
