1.To perform check-in, Check-out and cashiering for hotel guests.
2.Handle reservation calls, ensuring guest needs are met, in a helpful efficient manner, input into the system as per procedure.
3.Monitor daily arrivals, departures, VIP list ensuring all requests are carried out wherever possible and all realistic
expectations are met and ensure all reservations are honoured.
4.To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, menus/promotions, sports club, golf club.
5.To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
6.Have a complete knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
7.Report health, safety,and security hazards to the assistant manager-front office ,and/or manager on duty.
8.Attend training and meeting as required.
9.Keep up to date and communicate hotel marketing directions and promotions.
10.Be fully aware at all times of the selling strategy, rates and booking status of the hotel and ensure timely and accurate communication of this to all concerned departments.
11.Complete all shift duties as outlined on shift check list prior to the end of shift.
12.At the end of each shift, the report should be sent as an email to Front Office Manager and all management for information action.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Assist in creating and implementing annual sales and marketing plans for golf, sports, and leisure segments.
2.Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing golf members, event organizers, and corporate clients.
3.Coordinate and support the organization of golf tournaments, sporting events, and sponsorship activities.
4.Prepare propos.als, quotations, and contracts for golf and sport-related business inquiries.
5.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote golf and sport offers via online and offline channels.
6.Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and new opportunities.
7.Ensure accurate tracking of revenue, forecasts, and performance reports related to golf and sports sales.
8.Represent the resort at networking, trade, and marketing events when required.
9.Support the Sales & Marketing MAnager in achieving departmental targets and brand standards.
10.Maintain professional relationships with guests, partners, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

1. Maintain and organize departmental filing systems, records, and work order logs.
2. Prepare, trace, and compile regular reports, including monthly critiques, energy consumption logs, and inventory lists.
3. Manage departmental paperwork, incoming/outgoing correspondence, and official documents.
4. Handle phone calls, answer routine inquiries, and route information to appropriate engineering staff.
5. Receive and log work requests or maintenance notifications from other departments.
6. Maintain inventories of departmental tools, equipment, materials, and office supplies.
7. Coordinate appointments, daily briefings, staff training, and departmental meetings.
8. Prepare necessary files, folders, and documentation prior to meetings.
9. Take concise meeting minutes and ensure distribution within 48 hours.
10. Work with other departments to support overall hotel operations and task completion.
11. Prepare and update duty rosters, attendance records, and paid time off in the system.
12. Coordinate with Human Resources regarding recruitment, staff onboarding, performance appraisals, and training records.
13. Perform other administrative duties and special tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

The Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional and courteous service to guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the restaurant or banquet area. The ideal candidate should be service-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:

2.Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner while following service standards.

5.Coordination with Kitchen & Bar: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and efficient order delivery.
6.Billing & Payment Handling: Present bills, process payments, and ensure all transactions are handled accurately.
7.Adherence to Health & Safety Standards: Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
8.Event & Banquet Support: Assist in setting up and serving during special events or banquets as required.
