- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel sales,
preferably within the leisure segment.
- Strong network with international tour operators,
DMCs, wholesalers, and travel industry partners.
- Good understanding of hotel contracting, revenue
management principles, and hotel distribution
channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,
presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- The position may be based in Phuket or Bangkok
under a hybrid working arrangement, with the
flexibility to work from EDEN whenever business
requirements require.
- Demonstrates a high level of discipline,
ownership, accountability, and leadership, while
embracing and actively contributing to EDEN’s
culture and values.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to
travel for domestic and international business
development activities.
