- Oversee overall reservation operations and ensure efficient room booking and inventory management.
- Monitor booking trends, room availability, and reservation performance to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, and other departments to optimize room sales and distribution.
- Lead the Reservations team and ensure operational standards, procedures, and service quality are consistently maintained.
