Assistant Front Office Manager
Supporting the Front Office Manager in directing daily front desk, concierge, and guest service operations to deliver high-touch luxury service standards. As The Lamai Samui by GOCO Hospitality maintains active resort operations while expanding into a full-scale wellness destination for early 2027, this role ensures smooth check-in/check-out flows, personalized guest relations, and seamless cross-departmental coordination with the wellness team.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Oversee front desk, concierge, and transportation workflows, ensuring prompt, gracious, and flawless guest arrival and departure experiences.
Guest Relations & Resolution: Handle guest feedback and special requests proactively, maintaining high service scores and driving personalized guest care.
Wellness & Resort Integration: Coordinate closely with the Wellness Reservation and Operations teams to integrate guest wellness itineraries into daily front office itineraries and briefing sheets.
Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, schedule, and train front office staff on brand standards, upsell techniques, and emergency/PMS procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2–3 years of supervisory experience in front office or guest relations within a luxury resort or boutique hotel.
Skills: Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera/Cloud PMS), room assignment optimization, and team leadership.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of People & Culture to lead our HR, training, and security operations through an exciting phase of growth. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive our talent strategy, oversee the security department and outsourced guard workforce, manage the team member village, and spearhead major strategic milestones—including massive property recruitment, a new HRIS implementation, and policy rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Operations: Oversee all People & Culture and Training SOPs, ensuring alignment with property goals and head office directives.
Security & Outsourced Management: Lead the on-site Security Department, managing relationships, performance, and compliance with our outsourced security guard agency.

What We Look For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven leadership experience as a Director or Senior Manager of HR/People & Culture, ideally within the hospitality or resort industry.
Direct experience overseeing security operations and managing outsourced vendor contracts.
Demonstrated success handling large-scale recruitment drives, HRIS implementations, and change management/transition frameworks.
Strong budgeting, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.

The role recommends herbal teas and remedies based on each guest's needs, and works closely with the integrative wellness team to ensure seamless guest care. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate guest records, caring for treatment tools and herbs, and leading workshops and classes for guests.
Qualifications
Valid professional licence in Thai Traditional Medicine or Applied Thai Traditional Medicine.
3 - 5 years experience as a Thai Traditional Medicine practitioner.
Strong knowledge and practice of Thai Traditional Medicine therapies and elemental assessment.
Good level of spoken and written English.
Experience in wellness retreats, luxury resorts, or integrative wellness settings preferred.

Job Description
An Integrative Wellness Doctor is responsible for conducting medical consultations, health assessments and longevity screenings, and developing personalised treatment plans for guests. Working closely with the multidisciplinary wellness team, the role recommends appropriate treatments from the Fivelements menu, monitors guest progress, and ensures safe, evidence-based care. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring the clinical team, maintaining accurate medical records, and delivering health talks and workshops.
Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
Valid medical licence to practise in Thailand.
Additional qualifications in preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, longevity, or anti-aging medicine are an advantage.
Fluent in English.
Experience in a luxury wellness resort, longevity centre or integrative healthcare preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Description
Provide personalised nutrition consultations based on guests’ dietary habits, preferences and wellness goals, while working closely with the Wellness Chef to create balanced and enjoyable menus tailored to individual needs. Guide guests towards practical and sustainable eating habits during and after their stay, and coordinate with the wellness, kitchen and F&B teams to ensure dietary requirements are clearly communicated and appropriately supported. Deliver engaging nutrition talks, workshops and guest education sessions, while maintaining confidential consultation records and following up on guest progress where appropriate.
Qualifications
Degree in Nutrition.
Experience in nutrition counselling.
Experience in wellness retreats or hospitality is an advantage.

The Physiotherapist is responsible for conducting physiotherapy consultations and assessments, and delivering treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility work and rehabilitation program. Working closely with the integrative wellness team, the role supports guests’ wellbeing, while maintaining accurate treatment records and providing a warm, guest-centred experience. Qualifications
Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
3 years experience in physio clinic, hospital or wellness retreat.
Valid Thai physiotherapy professional licence.
