Assistant Financial Controller
The Role: Support the Financial Controller in leading overall finance operations—including general ledger management, daily cash flow, month-end closing, and internal control compliance.
Requirements:
3–5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience in luxury resort operations, strong proficiency in hospitality PMS/POS systems, tax reporting, and balance sheet reconciliation.

✨ HR & Training Manager
We are seeking an energetic and empathetic leader to drive host engagement, learning programs, and brand alignment during our property transition. This role is reporting to Director of HR and open to candidates with either a Generalist HR or a dedicated Learning & Development (L&D) background

This position will be more focus on creating team member engagement and welfare also taking care of Team Member Village and working closely with Learning Manager on trainees and organize orientation for both first day induction and group orientation.

Role: Supporting the Reservations Manager on the resort side (rooms, daily bookings, and inventory) while collaborating with the Wellness Director to promote and secure bookings for our signature wellness packages. This role balances day-to-day reservation operations with cross-department coordination and team guidance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Resort reservations background and familiarity with PMS.
- Skills: Strong communication, guest service, and upselling capabilities.
- Teamwork: A collaborative mindset to bridge room operations and wellness programs, with the ability to help train and support staff.
- Languages: Fluent in English (Thai is a strong plus).

We are seeking an energetic, personable Wellness Boutique Shop Manager to oversee daily retail operations, lead our shop team, and deliver an exceptional experience for our community. In this role, you will curate a welcoming environment, manage inventory of holistic wellness products, drive sales, and serve as the face of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, maintain beautiful product displays, and ensure a clean, serene shop environment.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor boutique staff to deliver warm, knowledgeable customer service.
Inventory & Merchandising: Manage stock levels, coordinate with holistic suppliers, track purchase orders, and lead visual merchandising.
Customer & Community Experience: Educate clients on wellness products (herbal remedies, skincare, supplements, mind-body goods) and host occasional in-store wellness events.
Sales & Financials: Track daily revenue targets, manage POS systems, and implement strategies to meet boutique sales goals.
Qualifications
2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience (wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brand preferred).
Strong passion for holistic health, mindful living, and organic products.
Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management software.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
