-Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
-Strong knowledge of both Thai and European cuisine.
Experience in buffet, à la carte, and banquet operations is an advantage.
-Good understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
-Basic English communication skills are preferred.
