Experience in related position min 1 year and with Accor property will advantage
Night audit knowledge is preferable

-Minimum 5 years experience in hotel industry or 4-5 stars hotel
-Positive and can do attitude
-Strong leadership and managing skill
-Able to work well under pressure
-Can communicate both of English and Thai
-Strong knowledge of cleanliness and creativity

Has experience in similar role with Accor will be advantaged
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
English Intermediate level is required
positive and fast learner

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1 years’ experience in hotel sales & Marketing, preferably in an international hotel chain
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Media and AI tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems and hotel sales & Marketing tools is an advantage
Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken
Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive service attitude in line with Accor brand standards
