-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

This position is responsible for the overall financial management of the Hotel including financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development and maintenance of adequate internal accounting control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
Knowledge and Experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
•Additional certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in international hotel brand
•High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen
•Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
•Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems ie. Opera, Sun, futerlog and related system
•Fully conversant in accounting principles and financial regulation standards
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
•Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
•A team player & builder

F&B Manager will responsible;
Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue strategies to maximize profitability.
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational excellence and maintain staff morale.
Develop and implement menus, promotions, and service standards in collaboration with culinary and service teams.
Key Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, service standards, and customer experience management.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and resolve conflicts effectively.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Can handle the daily challenges of managing staff, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Experience in related position min 1 year and with Accor property will advantage
Night audit knowledge is preferable
