-Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Bakery.
-Basic knowledge of "Baker" and "Pastry".
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
-Strong attention to detail and passion for food preparation.
-Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

-Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or a related field preferred.
-Minimum 2–5 years of experience in pastry production, bakery, hotel, restaurant, or catering operations.
-Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert presentation.
-Creativity and attention to detail.
-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Minimum 2-3 years of security experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Previous hotel security experience is preferred.
- Admin job is required.
- Valid security licence or certification.
- First Aid, CPR, and Fire Safety certification are advantageous.
