The Business Support Co-Ordinator provides support to the General Manager and Head of Departments in the hotel. This role oversees all administrative functions, the duties include secretarial services, coordinating activities in the hotel, assisting Head of Departments for process and system administration. The Business Support Co-Ordinator is responsible in creating heartfelt experiences through our Brighthearted Hospitality for our guests and team members in all aspects of your function.

The Commercial Coordinator is responsible to perform general office duties (for example; filing, answering phone calls, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying) to support Commercial department. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders). Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials). Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. The Sales Coordinator is responsible in creating heartfelt experiences through our Brighthearted Hospitality for our guests in all aspects of your function.

This position is responsible for supporting the accounting and financial requirements of the hotel in an environment of strong financial control and compliance. The incumbent ensures the smooth and effective day-to-day operation of accounting activities, including daily transaction reviews, account reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial controls. The Senior Accountant assists the Finance Manager in maintaining the integrity of financial records and reporting, ensuring compliance with Hilton policies, owner requirements, and local statutory regulations. The position serves as a key contact for accounting-related matters, providing guidance to operational departments and supporting continuous improvements in finance processes.
