1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel finance/accounting, with experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
3. Previous experience with Marriott International is highly preferred. Experience with other international hotel chains will also be considered.
4. Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with a good understanding of USALI.
5. Experience in preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial performance.
6. Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit procedures, and hotel finance operations.
7. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
8. Good command of English with high integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning techniques, and chemical safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, PMS systems).
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
