Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office or hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Familiar with PMS systems (e.g., OPERA) and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
