Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations within the hospitality industry.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager, Team Leader, or equivalent.
Strong command of both written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera or Opera Cloud, and Microsoft Office applications.
Thorough understanding of Front Office operations, hotel standards, and guest service procedures.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role (bellman, driver, or customer service) is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle luggage safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of local attractions, directions, and basic hotel services.
Basic problem-solving skills to handle guest requests and issues.
Driving Requirements (for Driver Role):
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with the area and ability to navigate routes efficiently.
Ability to drive safely during both day and night shifts.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
Stamina to work long hours or during night shifts.
Work Environment:
Flexibility to work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

1. At least High Vocational diploma in any relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 2 years in supervisory Housekeeping role
3. Knowledgeable in Housekeeping operation and cleaning methods
4. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Detail-oriented and posses pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
* Certified Professional Safety Officer (Professional Level) in accordance with Thai regulations.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in occupational safety, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
* Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of occupational safety, health, environmental, and fire safety regulations.
* Ability to conduct risk assessments, accident investigations, and safety inspections.
* Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage.
* Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
