HOMAway Manager
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Phuket, Thailand, working across the HOMA portfolio
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
About HOMA
HOMA is a Southeast Asia-founded flexible living platform, founded in 2019 as a joint venture between ACRE and NOON Capital. We design, build, and operate hosted lifestyle apartments that work from day one, for stays from a few nights to a few years.
Today HOMA operates four properties across Thailand and has new ventures underway in Bangkok, Seoul, and the MENAT region, totaling over 1500 units. We have hosted more than 1.5 million guests since inception and won numerous industry-leading awards and certifications.
Our vision is to become the category-defining flexible living operator.
The Opportunity
Lifestyle is at the heart of why people choose HOMA: the gyms, pools, workspaces, and events are what make our properties feel like home bases rather than hotel rooms.
HOMAway takes that further. It brings everything beyond the room together into one members club: workspace, fitness and wellness, a signature amenity at each property, curated F&B, and neighbourhood perks and partnerships. One name, one membership, one standard across the portfolio. Book direct with HOMA, and HOMAway comes with the stay.
Every HOMA location has a HOMAway, and this role runs all of them day to day. We are looking for a hands-on operator to take over the many touchpoints that make HOMAway work: the events calendar, class timetables, the member journey, local partnerships, and coordination with every property team. Alongside the day to day, you own HOMAway's strategy: pricing, productisation, and communications, set directly with the COO. You do not need to arrive as a seasoned strategist. You need energy, taste, organisation, commercial instinct, and the ambition to grow into the person who owns this business line as it scales.
What You'll Do
Revenue & Product Strategy
- Set HOMAway's pricing strategy: membership tiers, day and week passes, and add-ons, benchmarked against what each component costs standalone locally
- Own productisation: what membership includes, how it is packaged at every property, and the signature local expression on top
- Set HOMAway's communications strategy with Marketing: one story, consistently told across every channel and property
- Run an active, recurring review of perks, partnerships, and embedded integrations; keep what earns its place and fix or cut what does not
Member Experience & Community
- Own the HOMAway events calendar, member socials, and class timetables, actively managed with on-property teams across the portfolio
- Own the member journey end to end: sign-up, access, booking, renewal
- Be the visible face of HOMAway for members, guests, and neighbours
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate HOMAway touchpoints across properties: front office, F&B, fitness and wellness partners, and local perks providers
- Hold one member experience and one quality level at every property, and flag what falls short
- Work with our front office teams to introduce
HOMAway to guests and neighbours alike
Growth & Partnerships
- Help grow every direct revenue stream: external memberships, day and week passes, guest access during stays, and member add-ons
- Support corporate and community membership partnerships with employers, schools, and local businesses around each property
- Partner with Marketing on launch campaigns and member communications
Reporting & Planning
- Build the reporting the business runs on: membership growth, usage, and revenue by stream, with support from Finance
- Bring the on-the-ground view into commercial planning and budgeting with the COO and Finance
- Support the Seoul launch and help turn it into the playbook for every future HOMA market

HOMA
Marketing & Commercial Director
ดูรายละเอียดงาน
About the Company
We are a high-growth hospitality and living platform operating multiple large-format assets in Thailand, with near-term regional expansion underway. Our model blends serviced living with hospitality-grade operations, serving long-stay residents and short-stay guests in a single product.
________________________________________
The Opportunity
Lead marketing and commercial at an inflection point. The product earns consistently positive customer feedback, but the brand and the broader commercial engine (partnerships, non-rooms revenue, B2B pipeline) haven't yet been built to match. This role owns both halves: the brand that defines us, and the commercial flywheel that monetizes it.
A senior, hands-on role for someone who holds strategic clarity, brand judgment, and commercial drive in the same head.
________________________________________
What You'll Own
Brand & Positioning
• Define brand positioning, voice, and messaging architecture across a multi-asset, multi-market portfolio
• Translate a differentiated living and hospitality proposition into compelling narratives by segment (long-stay, relocations, remote professionals, short-stay)
• Use customer insight (surveys, interviews, review analysis) to sharpen positioning and inform expansion
Commercial Strategy
• Set commercial strategy across segments, channels, and pricing; essentially, how the portfolio grows revenue
• Drive brand-led demand and conversion across the full funnel
• Partner with Revenue Management on inventory, pricing, channel mix, and yield optimization across the portfolio
Partnerships & Non-Rooms Revenue
• Build and run the partnerships engine: corporate accounts, relocation agencies, influencer and brand collaborations, and revenue-sharing arrangements
• Design new products and packages (corporate offsites, group bookings, co-branded experiences) that open revenue streams beyond the room rate
• Own B2B pipeline and account management for corporate, agent, and partner relationships
Team & Operating Model
• Lead and grow the marketing and commercial teams; structure capability across content, brand, performance, partnerships, and BD as the function scales
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and specialist partners with clear performance standards
• Implement analytics and attribution so both marketing and commercial activity become a source of truth for leadership
________________________________________
Qualifications
Required
• 8+ years across marketing, commercial, or revenue leadership, with 3+ years leading teams and owning outcomes
• Track record of building or transforming a marketing and/or commercial function in a growth environment
• Fluency across both halves: brand and performance marketing on one side; B2B sales, partnerships, and revenue strategy on the other
• Strong commercial acumen: understands margins, channel mix, and how brand work converts to revenue
• Hands-on operator, comfortable with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent English communication; Thai a strong advantage
Preferred
• Hospitality, real estate, consumer lifestyle, or adjacent multi-site businesses
• Familiarity with distribution dynamics (booking engines, channel managers, CRM/lifecycle tools)
• Experience with long-stay, subscription, or membership-based models
• Regional expansion exposure in Southeast Asia
• Existing network in the Thailand corporate, expat, or hospitality ecosystem

We are a high-growth hospitality and living platform operating multiple large-format assets in Thailand, with near-term regional expansion underway. Our model blends serviced living with hospitality-grade operations, serving long-stay residents and short-stay guests in a single product.
