Key Qualifications for Guide Supervisor
1. Proven experience as a tour guide with leadership responsibilities
2. Strong knowledge of local culture, heritage, nature, and eco-tourism principles
3. Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate a team of guides
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest issues or emergencies
6. Fluent in English and other relevant languages
7. Organizational and scheduling skills for coordinating guide assignments and activities
8. High level of professionalism and service mindset
9. Familiarity with safety standards and risk management during tours
10. Energetic, inspiring, and able to motivate the guide team
11. Age 30-45Ys

Qualifications & Experience:
Age : 30-45Ys
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management,
Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a hotel F&B department or
a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Language: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Thai is a significant
advantage.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,Canvas,DG).
Experience with POS systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and hotel management software is a strong asset.
