Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Quality Assurance system for the resort, covering the establishment of operational and service standards, monitoring and tracking compliance, identifying and analyzing opportunities for improvement, and designing and delivering training programs to develop the service skills of Team Members across all departments. The role aims to continuously elevate the resort's service quality to a Service Excellence standard and to support the General Manager in achieving Guest experience and reputation goals.
