Qualifications: Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and hygiene regulations.
Ability to supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
Able to communicate in English
Attention to detail, service-minded, and able to work under pressure.
Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

- A Leisure and Recreation Manager needs a bachelor's degree in recreation management, hospitality, or business, at least 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience, and key industry certifications like CPR/First Aid and CPRP.
- Work Experience, Practical Skills & Progressive Leadership.
- Proven track record running recreation programs, managing vendors, and scheduling for staff teams.
- Experience building budgets, controlling operational costs, and generating facility revenue.
- Hands-on experience with recreation management software, booking platforms, and public scheduling tools.
- Deep knowledge of local health codes, facility cleanliness standards, and guest liability protocols.
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse age groups, community boards, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to alter program calendars based on seasonal peaks, local wellness trends, or weather disruptions.
- Adaptable to new environments.
