Key Qualifications: Activity Manager
Age: 30–45 years old
Direct Experience: Proven experience in managing activities, recreation, or events (specifically in hospitality/hotel/resort environments).
Leadership & Management: Strong ability to plan, manage budgets, and lead teams or facilitators to ensure smooth execution of all activities.
Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative, engaging activities tailored to diverse target groups.
Communication & Service Mind: Excellent interpersonal skills, highly approachable, clear communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Language Skills: Proficient in English (fluency in a third language is a strong plus).
Physical Fitness: Active, high-energy, with the flexibility to adapt to varying work hours and activity types.
