Qualifications:
- Experience in 5-star hotel operations, with a strong background in Hotel Management, Operations, Food & Beverage, MICE and Events.
- Good command of English and Thai, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage the handover of an 8-unit eco-glamping property and ensure a smooth transition into operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and operational management skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong personal presentation.
- Ability to represent the property professionally when dealing with guests, owners, business partners and external parties.
- Hands-on, service-minded and able to oversee day-to-day property operations.

Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel or resort sales, preferably within a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong experience in MICE, Events, Corporate and Group Sales.
- Ability to generate new business opportunities, develop leads and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in handling sales enquiries, quotations, proposals, site inspections and client follow-ups.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel partners and local businesses.
- Good command of English and Thai, with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work closely with the Operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth execution of events and group business.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong personal presentation.
- Hands-on, proactive, target-driven and service-minded.
- Ability to represent the property professionally at client meetings, networking events and business functions.
