- You are an experienced, hospitality-savvy operator with over 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in F&B and event operations. You are passionate about beach clubs, and have a genuine love for music, entertainment, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- We are looking for someone with strong leadership and management skills, paired with a hands-on, solution-focused approach.
- Leading by example, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and extend your shift when needed, working side-by-side with your team. You have an eye for quality, a passion for personalized service, and a clear understanding of what casual-luxury travelers are looking for.
- You are as comfortable with strategy and numbers as you are with daily operations. You are an effective communicator, skilled at presenting performance updates, pulling reports, comparing results, and keeping everyone informed and aligned. You also understand the power of marketing in driving performance. You’re able to strategize, execute, and collaborate on marketing initiatives

>Operational & Quality Oversight: Directs daily housekeeping operations to ensure prompt, courteous guest service. Conducts routine and deep-cleaning inspections of guest and public areas, maintaining high standards for cleanliness, furnishings, supplies, and maintenance at optimized costs.
>Team Leadership & HR Management: Partner with Human Resources on manpower planning, performance management, and departmental training. Conducts regular team meetings to maintain strong workplace relations and high service standards.
>Budgetary & Vendor Supervision: Collaborates with administration to prepare and manage the department’s budget. Monitors outside contractors to ensure complete compliance with contractual agreements.
>Safety, Security & Compliance: Enforces health, safety, and environmental protocols, including key control, lost-and-found procedures, and emergency response plans for fires, power failures, or safety threats.
