● You are comfortable working with the daily operations basis and management of the beach club.

● You are keen to learn new technology and able to adapt quickly into various digital systems.
● You can speak Thai fluently and be able to communicate in English.
● You are able to relocate to Koh Samui, enjoy the beaches and outdoors!

>Operational & Quality Oversight: Directs daily housekeeping operations to ensure prompt, courteous guest service. Conducts routine and deep-cleaning inspections of guest and public areas, maintaining high standards for cleanliness, furnishings, supplies, and maintenance at optimized costs.
>Team Leadership & HR Management: Partner with Human Resources on manpower planning, performance management, and departmental training. Conducts regular team meetings to maintain strong workplace relations and high service standards.
>Budgetary & Vendor Supervision: Collaborates with administration to prepare and manage the department’s budget. Monitors outside contractors to ensure complete compliance with contractual agreements.
>Safety, Security & Compliance: Enforces health, safety, and environmental protocols, including key control, lost-and-found procedures, and emergency response plans for fires, power failures, or safety threats.

- Currently enrolled in a vocational certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree program in a relevant field.
- Able to provide an internship request letter from the educational institution.
- Available to complete the internship period as required by the institution.
- Responsible, punctual, and possessing good interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and develop professional skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude toward work and the organization.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (if relevant to the position).
- Willing to comply with company policies and regulations.
