Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager role.
- Experience in managing corporate, leisure, wholesale, travel trade, and group segments is preferred.
- Experience working with multiple hotel properties or in a cluster environment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Phuket hospitality and tourism market.
- Good understanding of hotel sales strategies, revenue management, and market segmentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Thai.
