• English language skills: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English to communicate with and provide service to foreign guests arriving late at night or in the early hours.
• Computer skills: Proficient in basic programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and hotel management systems (PMS such as Opera).
• Experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in front office or night audit roles will be given special consideration.
• Health and Endurance: Physically fit, free from chronic illnesses that would concern late nights/night work, and able to work well under pressure or solve problems effectively.
