Key Responsibilities
1. Outlet Operations
Oversee daily operations of Atara Sky Bar & Bistro.
Ensure smooth and efficient service during operating hours.
Monitor restaurant/bar opening and closing procedures.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the outlet.
Handle operational issues and guest complaints professionally.
2. Guest Experience
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Welcome and interact with guests, especially VIP and repeat guests.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
Build relationships with regular guests and corporate customers.
3. People Management
Lead, coach, and motivate the outlet team.
Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower according to business volume.
Conduct briefing and daily communication with the team.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching.
Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, training, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
4. Sales & Revenue
Monitor daily/monthly outlet sales and revenue targets.
Develop promotions and special events to increase revenue.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for promotions, events, and corporate functions.
5. Cost Control
Control food, beverage, labor, and operating costs.
Monitor wastage and stock usage.
Coordinate with Kitchen and Purchasing teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Ensure proper billing and cash-handling procedures.
6. Quality & Standards
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and brand standards.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Conduct regular outlet inspections.
Follow up on guest feedback and internal audit findings.
7. Events & Business Development
Manage private parties, corporate groups, birthdays, and special events.
Coordinate event requirements with Kitchen, Engineering, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments.
Develop ideas for seasonal activities and promotions.

จัดเก็บภาชนะและอุปกรณ์เข้าที่ให้เป็นระเบียบ พร้อมใช้งาน
ทำความสะอาดพื้น ผนัง โต๊ะทำงาน ท่อระบายน้ำ และพื้นที่ครัว
คัดแยกขยะและกำจัดเศษอาหารตามมาตรฐานของโรงแรม
ดูแลความสะอาดของถังขยะและพื้นที่จัดเก็บขยะ
ช่วยเคลื่อนย้ายอุปกรณ์ โต๊ะ เก้าอี้ หรืออุปกรณ์จัดเลี้ยงตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดและแจ้งซ่อมเมื่อพบความเสียหาย
ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานสุขอนามัยอาหาร (Food Safety) และความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
ใช้สารเคมีทำความสะอาดอย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย
สนับสนุนงานของฝ่ายครัวและฝ่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มตามความเหมาะสม
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
