Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Escort guests to their table when required.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
Answer guest questions regarding menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and special requests.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system.
Check back with guests during the meal to ensure satisfaction.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints.
Communicate guest feedback to the Restaurant Supervisor.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Payroll & HR team member to join our resort team.
This is a hands-on position responsible for monthly payroll, HR administration, employee records, attendance, Social Security and day-to-day HR support. Business Plus Payroll experience an advantage. competitive package offered to the right candidate, Insurance, Bonus, Housing provided

- Good Thai communication and conversational English (a third language is a plus)
- Computer literate (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office); able to learn Hotel PMS quickly
- Strong communication, service mindset, problem-solving, and teamwork
- Pleasant personality, professional manners, able to work under pressure
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage
