- Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar role within a hotel, resort, or high-end bar.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage trends.
Passion for creating innovative cocktails and signature drinks.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, garnishing, and presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to recommend beverages and provide memorable guest experiences.
- Good understanding of beverage costing, inventory control, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and strong teamwork skills.

- Supervise and manage the Security team, ensuring all security officers perform their duties effectively and according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property by maintaining a safe environment throughout the hotel and its surrounding areas.
- Prevent and investigate security incidents, losses, theft, and property damage, including conducting investigations and following up on corrective actions.
- Prepare daily security and incident reports and coordinate with relevant departments, management, and external authorities when necessary.

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety
- Knowledge of law concerning occupational health, safety, and environmental conditions in the workplace
- Strong organizational skills
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Service-minded with pleasant personality to initiate new relationships.
- Good command in English.
