Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing excellent guest service, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to hotel recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Take orders and recommend drinks to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor beverage stock and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of bar equipment and supplies.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

- เรียนรู้ระบบงานช่างและระบบวิศวกรรมพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการดำเนินงานโรงแรม
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการแผนกช่าง

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–5 years of HR experience, with supervisory experience preferred
Good knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Good command of English and computer literacy
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, tourism, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, online advertising, and content marketing.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and online campaign management.
- Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Creative mindset with strong content creation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of hotel marketing, OTA platforms, online reputation management, and customer engagement is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Marketing tools, and social media management platforms.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
