Job Description
• Lead daily People & Culture operations and support the Director of People & Culture.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and Heartist retention .
• Drive performance, learning, talent development, and career growth .
• Advise leaders on employee relations, disciplinary matters, policies, and Thai labour law compliance .
• Manage compensation, benefits, welfare, recognition, and Heartist engagement .
• Promote Accor culture, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive workplace .
• Support employer branding, ESG, sustainability, and community activities .
• Monitor key People & Culture data , including turnover, attendance, engagement, and manpower.
• Ensure accurate P&C administration and provide effective people support to all departments .
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
• Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience , including at least 3 years in a managerial role .
• Strong knowledge of Thai labour law, employee relations, and work permit & visa requirements .
• Good understanding of current HR trends, practices, and hospitality market .
• Good command of Thai and English .

Job Description
• Develops and executes sales strategies and action plans to achieve individual and team revenue targets within assigned market segments.
• Identifies new business opportunities, develops client relationships, and maintains existing accounts to maximize revenue and market share.
• Conducts sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and business development activities to generate new business.
• Understands client needs and recommends suitable packages, programs, and solutions to maximize conversion and guest satisfaction.
• Prepares proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the Director of Sales, ensuring competitive offers while maximizing revenue and profitability.
• Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and account performance, and provides regular updates to the Director of Sales.
• Maintains accurate client records, sales activities, and follow-up to ensure business opportunities are effectively converted.
• Works closely with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of confirmed business.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or a related field .
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel Sales & Marketing , preferably in a Sales Executive or Sales Manager role.
• Experience in Corporate and Government accounts will be an advantage.
• Good command of English and Thai , both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of hotel sales, account management, market segmentation, and business development.
• Knowledge of hotel systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM/sales tools is preferred.
