- Bachelors’ degree in the engineering field with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar position in a hotel
- Team player and a proven team builder.
- Professional Engineer Designation an asset
- Knowledgeable in all municipal codes, City codes, State regulations, OSHA regulations as well as the Fire Department requirements and building testing.
- Proven negotiation skills with 3rd parties and contractors
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to be flexible, and to work well under pressure.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with computerized maintenance systems
- Must lead by example by displaying a high standard of performance with the ability to communicate these expectations to the team to achieve above expectation results.
- Hours of work and days off will vary according to business demands.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, upscale, luxury hotel at a downtown location that caters to leisure, meetings & conference environments.
Language Skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Fluent in Thai Language - Written, Spoken and Reading

Director of Food & Beverage
- Minimum of 8 years food and beverage management experience, preferably in the luxury setting, lifestyle resort.
- Knowledge and experience in restaurant bar, banquet, catering, in room dining and MICE with forecasting, budgeting, labor management, and purchasing to ensure maximum productivity
- Pre opening new concept experience required.
A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, event sales, and advertising marketing

· A minimum of 2 years of Front Office supervisory experience in the hotel, leisure
· Calm, efficient, and the ability to work well under pressure
· Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook computer programs
· A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
· Meticulous grooming and presentation
· Good command of English, written and spoken
· Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR roles, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Strong understanding of learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS platforms or e-learning tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required
