Responsibilities:
● Leading Food and Beverage/ Outlet Team
● Developing and maintaining food and beverage/ culinary goals.

Main Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers and business clients.
Maintain relationships with existing customers.
Promote food and beverage products, services, or event packages.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiate pricing and sales terms.
Meet sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with operations, kitchen, marketing, and logistics teams.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues.
Typical Daily Tasks
Contacting prospective clients by phone, email, or in person.
Visiting restaurants, retailers, hotels, or corporate customers.
Present product samples and explain offerings.
Following up on leads and closing deals.
Updating sales reports and customer records.
Planning promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer service and relationship-building ability.
Sales and business development knowledge.

Basic understanding of food and beverage products and industry trends.
