Joining Minor Hotels means becoming part of a truly international team, with real opportunities to grow, make an impact, and deliver what people truly want most. ตรวจสอบ ดูแล และบำรุงรักษาระบบวิศวกรรมภายในอาคารให้พร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา ได้แก่ ระบบไฟฟ้าแรงต่ำ (LV System) ระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ (HVAC) ระบบสุขาภิบาลและประปา (Sanitary) ระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย (Fire Alarm & Fire Protection) ระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าสำรอง (Generator) ระบบปั๊มน้ำและระบบอาคารอื่นๆ -ปฏิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance: PM) และซ่อมแซมแก้ไขปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance) ตามแผนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย -ตรวจสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์และบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบประจำวัน พร้อมรายงานความผิดปกติให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ -ประสานงานและควบคุมการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาภายนอกที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานภายในอาคาร -รับแจ้งงานซ่อมจากร้านค้า ผู้เช่า และหน่วยงานต่างๆ พร้อมดำเนินการแก้ไขตามมาตรฐานการบริการ -ดูแลรักษาเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานให้มีความปลอดภัยและเป็นระเบียบ -ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และข้อกำหนดของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด -ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน Not the right fit?
