• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, with leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
• Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and team management
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
