- Responsible for the day to day operations of the Engineering function within the resort ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of all areas.
- Ensure at all times highest quality of provided products and services with the goal to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Responsible for the condition of all – operating machinery and equipment used in the resort, ensuring it’s in excellent working condition and safe to use.
- Responsible for the Fire Team in the resort, the operation and setting up of in co – operation with the Human Resources Department.

-Excellent personal presentation and Service minded
-Experience of at least 1 years as a Restaurant Waiter, five star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
-Excellent command of English
-A passion for service excellence & customer satisfaction.

-Previous experience in hospitality or hotel service is preferred
-Valid driver’s license type 2 with a good driving record
-Good communication skills in English
-Friendly personality with a service-minded attitude
Able to assist guests with luggage and transportation services
-Good physical health and able to lift heavy items

-Able to communicate, listen, speak, read, and write foreign languages ​​well.
-Good personality, loves service work
-Experienced will be given special consideration

-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
-Good knowledge of Front Office procedures and hotel operations.
-Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
-Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
-Good understanding of Upselling, Room Revenue, and Front Office performance.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel-related systems.
