- ต้อนรับและสอบถามความต้องการของผู้เข้าพัก ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการของโรงแรม สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ร้านอาหาร การเดินทาง และพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง
- ประสานงานการจองร้านอาหาร รถรับส่ง บัตรเข้าชมสถานที่ รวมถึงบริการอื่นตามคำขอของผู้เข้าพัก
- รับเรื่องและติดตามคำขอหรือข้อร้องเรียนเบื้องต้น โดยประสานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ดำเนินการอย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว
