Criteria:-
1. Thai Nationality with 45-50 years
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). Master’s degree preferred.
3. English language skills (written & spoken)
4. Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
5. Proven track record managing large engineering teams and complex projects.
6. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
9. Experience with budget management and resource planning.
10.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in such as energy, construction, technology.
2. Professional Engineering License (PE) or equivalent certification is a plus.
3. Familiarity with project management software and engineering tools.
