Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the hotel.
Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are resolved.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate financial reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Payroll Management:
Process payroll for hotel staff, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
Maintain payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage accounts payable, ensuring all invoices are processed and paid on time.
Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
Conduct credit checks on new clients and manage credit control procedures.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Assist in the development and monitoring of the hotel’s budget.
Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Implement cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and hotel policies.
Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.
Maintain accurate records for tax purposes and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to improve profitability.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support hotel operations.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve financial systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
This position typically requires working in an office environment within the hotel.
May involve occasional long hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during financial reporting periods.

* High school diploma or equivalent education
* Previous experience in F\&B service or hospitality is an advantage (but not mandatory)
* Good command of English communication (additional languages are a plus)
* Pleasant personality with good grooming and a positive attitude

* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

-จัดซื้อวัตถุดิบเปรียบเทียบราคา และเจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์
-ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ภายในโรงแรม
