• Thai Nationality only.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related major.
• Experience in the hotel operations, especially in Room Divisions
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
• Management skill and customer service experience is a must in a similar field of a 4 or 5 star hotel/resort.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Accountable for the entire operation and control of the hotel
• Excellent Result Oriented
• Able to work long hour.

● Minimum 2 years experience in F&B field (Age betaween 25-40)
● Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices
● Leadership skill
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to meet deadlines
● Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
● Ability to work independently without direct supervision or cohesively as a team
● Ability to be a clear thinker and resolve problems with good judgment
● Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult situations
● Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and holiday periods
● Supports other departments as needed and takes on other assignments
