We are seeking an experienced and passionate Group Culinary Chef to lead and oversee the culinary operations across our resorts in Khao Lak.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee culinary teams across all resorts, ensuring consistent quality and operational standards.
* Develop, coach, and inspire culinary teams to continuously improve their skills and performance.
* Drive menu development and culinary innovation, with a strong focus on Western cuisine.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
* Deliver exceptional dining experiences and continuously enhance culinary offerings based on guest feedback.
* Monitor and manage food costs, inventory, and waste reduction to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
* Work closely with resort management and F&B teams to achieve operational and guest satisfaction goals.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Group Chef, Cluster Chef, or in a similar senior culinary leadership role.
* Strong background and expertise in Western cuisine.
* Experience in hotel or resort culinary operations is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
* Good knowledge of food cost control, kitchen operations, hygiene, and quality standards.
* Good command of English.
* International candidates currently based in Thailand are preferred.
