To implement the hotel strategy across responsible departments. To provide a single point of leadership and to effectively lead and manage the day-to-day operational for responsible departments in the hotel. To support and implement all corporate programmes and guidelines. Actively supports the development, training, mentoring of team members. Knows how and when to impose deadlines and delegate tasks. Adheres to company’s Code of Conduct and embraces all company’s standards and procedures. Manages quality improvement process in areas of customer service and team member satisfaction. Demonstrates leadership by example. Motivates and provides a working environment in which team members are productive and innovative. Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm. Represent the hotel in public, community, and meetings using his/her effective public speaking and presentation skills. Presents ideas, expectations, and information in a concise and well-organized manner. Uses effective listening skills in solving problems and improvement of service standard. Identifies positive public relations and teamwork opportunities. Manages group or interpersonal conflict situations effectively. Understand how to manage in a culturally diverse work environment. Establish, measure, monitor, and evaluate process policies and procedures. Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up. Understand how to develop business plan and evaluate business trends to modify strategies. Interprets, analyzes, and manages budget to meet business objectives. Has personal integrity, manages time well, highly visible in areas of responsibility. Provides constructive coaching and counseling to team members. Develop and train department heads under supervision to fully understand and effectively perform their job. Be in charge of the hotel in absence of General Manager according to given authorization.
