Cost Manager

We are searching for a Cost Manager to lead cost planning, budgeting, and cost control for a landmark real estate and hospitality development project. The Role ● Develop and manage the overall project budget, from feasibility stage through design, construction, and handover ● Prepare cost plans, cost estimates, and cost reports at each project stage (concept, schematic, design development, tender) ● Lead quantity surveying activities, including measurement, bills of quantities (BOQ), and valuation of works ● Manage the tendering and procurement process for contractors, consultants, and suppliers, including bid analysis and negotiation ● Monitor project expenditure against budget, track variations, and provide regular cost forecasts to the Project Lead ● Review and certify contractor payment applications, valuations, and final accounts ● Identify cost risks and opportunities, and advise on value engineering to keep the project within budget ● Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure cost control is embedded throughout the project lifecycle ● Report directly to the overall Project Lead What Makes This Special ● A rare opportunity to control the full cost lifecycle of a landmark, international-standard attraction — built from zero ● Direct influence over budget decisions, procurement strategy, and financial performance of the project ● Executive-level compensation, negotiable based on experience Practical Details ● Location: Phuket & nearby area ● Employment: Full-time, under Unified Hotel & Residence Co., Ltd. ● Target start: as soon as possible (August 2026) ● The project is currently confidential — full details will be shared in our first conversation
